And we are capable to provide standard and customized solder preforms with different noble metal alloys, sizes, and shapes to satisfy our customers’needs.
PACKAGING
To protect the solder preforms during shipping and handling, we provide designed packs, like VR pack, Waffle pack, Tape & Reel, Jar or Bulk pack etc.
To minimize the possibility of touch and exposure in the air, we can even customized the packs according to the usage quantity of customers’shifts.
In addition, it is recommended to store preforms in the original container, closed securely, in 55% RH or less and at temperatures 25±5°C.?
Solder preforms can be stored in electronic moisture-proof box, or a nitrogen dry box.
